Lots of students. The more the merrier!

1. Usual Warm up!

2. Broke into little groups to continue Eiken study. (HW continue the Eiken handouts set out in class)

3. Book time. Despite having a varied reading level between some of our students, everyone did well and it's wonderful to see the the willingness to help each other with challenging words and phrases(HW practice reading aloud... a lot).

4. High Water - Reread the passage and complete the exercises at home.

5. Reading comprehension: Favorite things. Everyone has their favorite things and I'm looking forward to seeing what everyones' are!

6. Park time and a little macro photography. Will upload images when I can.

今日もたくさんの生徒さんが来てくれました！

みんな元気いっぱい！

今日は生徒さんからのI want to play 'hide and seek.'というリクエストで教室でかくれんぼをしました。

テントや大きなブルーシートを出して、隠れる場所はいっぱい！テントを出しているサム先生が、だんだん近づいてきて、、

The tent is walking! Run away!!でみんな逃げたり、

2回かくれんぼして、レッスンタイムに入ろうとするとみんなから、

Please, one more time!!

We want to play hide and seek.とリクエスト！

そして、ブルーシートを畳んで片付けていると、それが今度はボートになり、 Row Row Row Your Boat.を歌ったりと想像力がすばらしい！！

レッスンの後には、Dance time!!!ミュージックをかけるとみんな笑顔でノリノリ！

みんな自分をダンスで表現！シャイちゃんはどこにもいませんでしたー！

この状況にサム先生と少し驚きつつも、みんながとっても楽しそうで見てるこっちも笑顔です。

・Reading time

みんな前に出て、きちんとみんなの前で立って読むことと発表する練習！

聞いてる子も、ちゃんとお友達のお話を聞くマナーの練習。

・動詞カード！

今日は動きをつけずに、

カードを見て読む練習。

でも、put on my pants.のカードがでてくると、どうしても動いてしまうみんな！

かわいいです。

・Who's he/she?

だんだんみんな自然に言えるようになってきました。

今日は、サザエさんのお父さんの絵を見せるとHe is Sazae's grandfather.

と答えてくれる生徒さんに、fatherだと伝えると驚いていました。

She is her mother.など
